Refund and Subscription Policy

This policy applies to paid features, subscriptions and commercial licenses for Keragi. The free software downloads are provided under the LICENSE and are not charged.

1. Free software

Downloading and using the free version does not create a payment obligation. If you do not purchase a paid feature, you will not be charged.

2. Paid features and subscriptions

2.1 The price, billing period, renewal terms and refund eligibility for a paid feature are stated on the checkout page or in the applicable order.

2.2 Subscriptions renew only as stated at checkout. You may cancel before the renewal date through the method described in the order or checkout page. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund the current period.

2.3 Unless the order or applicable law says otherwise, payments for a completed billing period are non-refundable after the paid feature has been accessed or activated.

3. EU/UK and other consumer rights

3.1 If you are a consumer in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another jurisdiction with a statutory withdrawal right, you may have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within the period provided by law (for example, 14 days).

3.2 For digital content supplied immediately, the withdrawal right may be lost if you expressly consent to immediate access and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal. Where required, the checkout page will ask for that consent separately.

3.3 Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived under your local law.

4. Faulty, duplicate or unauthorized charges

If a paid feature does not work as described, contact us first so we can investigate or provide a remedy.
If you were charged twice or did not authorize a charge, contact us and your payment provider promptly.
We may refund verified duplicate or unauthorized charges. Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue faster.

5. How to request a refund

the order or transaction ID;
the email or account used for the purchase;
the reason for the request;
the date of purchase and, if applicable, the feature or resource purchased.

We will review the request and respond within a reasonable period. Approved refunds are normally returned through the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider.

6. Taxes and fees

Refunds may include or exclude taxes and payment-processing fees as required by law or the payment provider’s terms. Currency conversion differences are determined by your bank or payment provider.

7. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase, unless a later version is required by law or expressly accepted by you.
